Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an oiltight type speed detector of an electric motor in a hydraulic elevator, being simple in structure, and capable of replacing a seal member in an easy manner.
CONSTITUTION: A shaft end 13 of an electric motor 3 driving a hydraulic pump in working oil in an oil tank 1, is installed after being projected as far as the specified distance from a bracket 19 serving as its supporting part, and a tip 17b of a cylinder member 17 being set to be shorter than the axial size of a projection of the motor shaft end 13 and fitted in this projection in a noncontact state, is detachably clamped to the bracket 19, while a speed detector 23 is set up in a shaft end of the cylinder member 17 after adjoining the motor shaft end 19 pierced through the cylinder member 17. In succession, a shaft interval between the cylinder member 17 and the motor 3 is hermetically sealed with a seal member 27, while a speed detector setup part inclusive of the motor shaft end 19 is sealed up by a case 28 detachably and externally fitted tight in the cylinder member 17.
