Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a soft magnetic thin film, which has a high saturation magnetic flux density, a small magnetostriction constant, a low coercive force and a high permeability.

CONSTITUTION: A soft magnetic thin film has a composition, which is shown by a formula Fe100β-γ-δMβNγOδ (Here, M is an element, which is selected from among Pt, Rh, Pd and Ir, and (β), (γ) and (δ) are respectively set on the condition of 0.1≤β≤5.0at%, 0.1≤γ≤20.0at% and 0.1≤δ≤10.0at%.).
