PURPOSE: To carry discs efficiently without deteriorating quality of the discs by pressing a plurality of discs stored in a magazine from the top.

CONSTITUTION: One end and the other opposed end of the base member 2 of a magazine are pressed against the base plate 11 of a disc carrier 10 and fixedly held by guide grooves 12A, 13A of guide members 12, 13 respectively and at the same time a disc fixing part 21 is attached to a square rod 20 erected on the guide member 13. A disc 4 on the top stage stored in the magazine is pressed against the upper surface of the base member 2 via discs 4 laminated thereunder. Thus vertical movement caused by vibration exerted from the outside of respective discs 4 stored in the magazine can be suppressed. Therefore any damage caused on the surface of discs 4 during carrying can be prevented satisfactorily.
