Abstract:
PURPOSE: To attain a large signal processing with a low noise exponent and the minimum power consumption by allowing a low noise amplifier stage to have capacity feedback, allowing the output side capacitance value of the amplifier stage to include the capacity feedback, and turning it with an induction load means resonating in the range of amplifier frequencies. CONSTITUTION: An amplifier stage is constituted of a pair of NPN junction transistors 1 and 2, and each emitter electrode is connected through each inductive element 3 and 4 with a common current source. A radio frequency input signal is impressed through input terminals 9 and 10 to the base electrodes of the transistors 1 and 2, and output signals appearing at the both edges of an induction collector load impedance are impressed to a next stage 13. Capacitors 15 and 16 constitute feedback from the collector circuits to the base circuits of the transistors 1 and 2. The value of a reactance component is selected so that the capacitance values of the capacitors 15 and 16, and the capacities of the transistors 1 and 2, and the capacities of the collector electrodes of the transistors 1 and 2 including an input capacity CIN of the next stage 13 can resonate with the induction load impedance in the range of the amplifier frequencies.
