Title:
LIQUID PRESSURE REGULATING CIRCUIT
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3048323
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressure regulating circuit capable of securing the stable operation to an actuator by smoothing pressure fluctuation of operating liquid.
SOLUTION: A liquid pressure regulating circuit 11 is provided with a piston 13 to be displaced by receiving the pressure fluctuation of electroviscous fluid in connecting ports 22, 51, and a pressurizing spring 14 for energizing the piston 13 in such a direction as to pressuring electroviscous fluid. Moreover, it is provided with a check valve 16 provided on a pressure transmitting passage for transmitting pressure from the connecting ports 22, 51 to the piston 13, and composed of a first spring 19 for energizing a ball valve element 18 for allowing the flow of electroviscous fluid from the connecting port 22 to the piston 13, and a check valve 17 composed of a second spring 52 for energizing a ball valve element 53 for allowing the flow of electroviscous fluid from the piston 13 to the connecting port 51. Since cracking pressure of the first check valve 16 is set larger than cracking pressure of the second check valve 17, excessive high pressure to be generated when a connecting member is suddenly stopped is absorbed, and excessive low pressure can be supplemented.
