PURPOSE: To provide the material having an unlimited pot life, providing a good finish, and excellent in slip and wear resistances and apply the same onto the surface of an elastic pavement.
CONSTITUTION: An elastic paving material prepared by mixing 100 pts.wt. one- pack curable resin composition comprising a urethane prepolymer having at least two isocyanate groups at the terminals and a compound having at least two oxazolidone rings in the molecule with 10-300 pts.wt. particulate rubber chips 2a of a mean particle diameter of 0.1-10mm is sprayed by means of pneumatic pressure onto an elastic paving material layer 1 to form a rugged area 4a having round protrusions 3a containing particulate rubber chips on the surface, and this area 4a is cured into a surface layer 5a by allowing it to stand in air.
