Abstract:
PURPOSE: To eliminate the need for obtaining an optimum value respectively at each welding condition by increasing a welding current corresponding to the lapse of time from low level not enough for welding and maintaining the electric current at the timing after generation of the phenomenon is detected with a detecting means.
CONSTITUTION: An electric current detector 7 is provided in an electrode 6b, the detected signal is sent to a welding current detecting circuit 9. A detected value of the circuit is inputted in a central processing unit 1. Also, the detected signal of a voltage detecting circuit 14 and electric current detecting circuit 9 is sent to an arithmetic circuit 15 of resistance between electrodes, the signal to show the operated resistance between electrodes is inputted in the central processing unit 1. Further, the signal to show the operated resistance between electrodes is inputted in a circuit 16 to differentiate the resistance between electrodes, a signal corresponding to the differentiated value at this time is inputted in the central processing unit 1. Also, the phenomenon in which a current between electrodes is turned from increasing to decreasing is detected. Before the phenomenon is generated, the welding current is increased, after the phenomenon is generated, the welding current is maintained.
