Abstract:
PURPOSE: To wash tires in a device simple in structure and mechanism, excellent in durability and easy maintenance, and supporting a vehicle in stable conditions.
CONSTITUTION: A washing platform 1 is constituted in a frame. Plural tire supporting members 6, 6. are disposed on top of the platform in width direction at intervals. A hydraulic jack is disposed at the middle in width direction. A vehicle lift board 10 of the hydraulic jack is freely movable vertically. A pair of tire rotating devices 12 are provided in front and rear, respectively, on the side of the lower surface. The pair of tire rotating devices 12 has a pair of protruding support rods 13, 13, in which roller supporting members 16 are inserted. The roller supporting members are supported slidably in the support rods via compression coil springs 17. A tire driving roller 18 is disposed rotatably in penetration through the pair of supporting members 16, 16, being rotated by a hydraulic motor 19 installed on the vehicle lift board 10. In the vicinity, washing liquid jetting nozzles, directed obliquely up, are disposed onto the tire supporting members 6.
