Abstract:
PURPOSE: To present a small-sized spectral device which has a high spectral performance and is easily handled.
CONSTITUTION: This spectral device 2 is provided with a first prism 12 which separates an incident light beam at a desired angle and a second prism 14 which shares the optical axis extended from the first prism 12 and can be moved along the optical axis in a plane including this optical axis and converts the light beam separated through the first prism 12 to parallel light beams having an interval corresponding to an extent δ of movement of this prism 14 between them. The interval δ of first and second prisms 12 and 14 is set to a desired numerical value to set an interval (d) of first and second light L1 and L2 to a desired distance.
