Abstract:
PURPOSE:To bring engine performance into full play by reducing the extent of exhaust emission out of an engine and simultaneously making improvements in fuel consumption. CONSTITUTION:A solenoid valve 10, opening or closing a second cooling water feeding passage 8, in the midway of this passage 8, and also there is provided a control part 12 which has a map being set by atmospheric conditions and makes the solenoid valve 10 be opened or closed by the map so as to control it to be a proper water temperature.
