PURPOSE: To provide a car washing machine capable of washing a washed car while carrying it on via wheels locked.

CONSTITUTION: A washed car 3 is washed by a washing means with its wheels 7a and 7b locked while being carried on by a roller conveyor 9b. Since the washed car is locked, it is not moved unwillingly by the condition of a floor 2 and the reaction of each brush, so that washing can thereby be carried out smoothly. The washed car 3 having been washed can be delivered by a downward slope with no self-propelling required, it is thereby free from danger. The washed car 3 is continuously moved forward with no suspension, and washing will never be localized, so that an even and optimum washing is thereby carried out. When the conveyor 9b and the washing means fail, the washed car 3 is driven with the lock released so as to be moved forward over the flat conveyor 9b.
