Abstract:
PURPOSE:To perform systematic sentence correction with an easy key operation by using only a specific key and an auxiliary key to perform sentence correction like conversion to HIRAGANA (cursive form of Japanese syllabary), conversion to KATAKANA (square form of Japanese syllabary), change of OKURIGANA (Japanese syllabary characters added to a Chinese character to show its Japanese declension), or change of the style of KANJI (Chinese character) of a sentence including KANJI and KANA (Japanese syllabary) together. CONSTITUTION:A KANA-KANJI conversion means 102, a homophone conversion means 104, a KANA character conversion means 105, and a style conversion means 106 are provided, and a word included in a clause indicated from an input means 101 by the operation of the specific key with respect to the sentence which is stored in a storage means 103 and includes KANJI and KANA together is converted to plural kinds of word expressed with homophone one of plural KANJI included in the indicated clause is converted to KANA character string by simultaneous operation of the specific key and the auxiliary key, and indicated KANJI is successively converted to a KANA character string the characters of a different style by simultaneous operation of the specific key and the auxiliary key. Since conversation to HIRAGANA, conversion to KATAKANA change of OKURIGANA, change of the style of KANJI, or the like of a sentence including KANJI and KANA together is performed by only the operation of the specific key and the auxiliary key in this manner, sentence correction with systematic key operation is possible.
