Abstract:
PURPOSE: To form a single crystal Fe alloy film and a single crystal Fe alloy laminated film on a single crystal MgO (100) substrate or a single crystal MgO (100) intermediate film.
CONSTITUTION: This covers a single crystal Fe alloy film, and a single crystal Fe alloy laminated film formed on a single crystal MgO (100) or a single crystal MgO (100) intermediate film and its manufacturing method. This construction makes it possible to provide, and what is more, to manufacture easily the single crystal Fe alloy film and the single crystal Fe group alloy laminated film.
