Title:
WIRE DEVICE HAVING ATTACHABLE END PART
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3081831
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a device and a method capable of disposing the distal end part of a wire in the selected part of an in vivo tube.
SOLUTION: A device contains a slender wire 16 having a distal end section removed and released in a target position, and the wire 16 has also the discontinuous part 20 disposed in the rear of a distant end section since it ruptures when vibrational energy is applied to the wire 16. A vibrational energy source 24 joinable to the proximal end of the wire is also contained to remove an end part section by sending the energy to the discontinuous part 20 by selectively applying the vibrational energy to the wire 16. The discontinuous part 20 can take a shape of a wire transferring to a large lump disposed in a cut line formed in the wire 16, a diameter reducing section of the wire 16, an adhesive, the welding part between the wire 16 and the distal end section or the soldering joining part or the distal end section from the wire 16.
