PURPOSE: To lower noise, NOx, and black-smoke-tendency at the time of loading/unloading of garbage by a garbage collecting vehicle.

CONSTITUTION: A garbage collecting vehicle is provided with a hydraulic pump 10, which operates a loader 11 for loading of garbage, a motor 6, which drives this hydraulic pump 10, an inverter circuit 4, which converts the alternating electric power, which is generated by an inductor 2 connected to an engine 1, at the time of loading of the garbage, into a direct current electric power and supplies this power to the motor 6, and a battery 3, which stores superfluous, electric power coming from the inverter circuit 4 at the time of loading of the garbage and supplies necessary electric energy to the motor 6.
