Abstract:
PURPOSE: To correctly perform the distance measurement, etc., by specifying the same fire point which can be seen from two television cameras even at the time of the fire source caught as a surface on a screen while this is the device to detect the fire point (one point in the fire source) in a warning area by using the image of the fire image-picked up with two color television cameras.
CONSTITUTION: R, G and B components of an image image-picked up by two color television cameras 10a and 10b at the time of fire occurrence are extracted and stored 46 and 48, and further, the ratio of two components of the R, G and B components is calculated 52.
