PURPOSE: To provide a pallet and a chucking device of the pallet having a structure where a structure of a part to be engaged which is provided on the pallet is simplified, the pallet is not relatively rotated even when the chucking device is rotated and no positional deviation of the pallet is caused.

CONSTITUTION: A chucking rod 7 is projected on a pallet body 2 at the prescribed position of the pallet body 2. An outer circumferential surface engaging part 12a to be engaged with a chucking device 20 is formed on the chucking rod 7, and a pin 13 for regulating the rotation which is engaged with the chucking device is provided. A vertically movable piston 34 where an engaging hole in which the chucking rod 7 is inserted is formed in its tip and where a rod holding member to be engaged with the outer circumferential surface engaging part 12a is provided on the side of the engaging hole is provided. In addition, a cylinder body 29 where the piston 34 is supported in a vertically movable manner and a notched part 47 to be engaged with the pin 13 is formed is provided.
