Abstract:
PURPOSE:To efficiently perform piping and to reduce the execution space of piping by fixing a heat absorbing wall to the inner periphery of the frame fixed to the inner peripheral wall of a vacuum container through a connection member and arranging a liquid nitrogen supply pipe between the heat absorbing wall and the frame. CONSTITUTION:The space S between a fin pipe 6 and a frame 10 is utilized as a piping space and the liquid nitrogen supply pipe 13 to a shroud 3 and the liquid nitrogen return pipe 14 from the shroud 3 are arranged to the space S as liquid nitrogen pipings and fixed to the frame 10 by U-bolts and these pipings and a manifold are connected by a connection pipe 16. By this method, piping can be efficiently performed and the space thereof can be reduced.
