PURPOSE: To decrease internal pressure fluctuation in a rolling stock traveling at high speed in a tunnel by controlling the air blast quantity of the supply air blower and exhaust air blower of the rolling stock.
CONSTITUTION: The internal-external pressure of a vehicle are detected by an internal pressure detecting device 5 and an external pressure detecting device 6, and a control device 7 performs operation so as to output control signals to a supply air quantity adjusting device 1 and an exhaust air quantity adjusting device 3. The air quantity flowing in/out of the vehicle is adjusted by the supply air quantity adjusting device l and the exhaust air quantity adjusting device 3 so as to control the internal pressure into a certain range in relation to the reference value of the pressure in the vehicle.
