PURPOSE: To provide program analysis beak-up system which decentralizes the program analyzing tasks to plural computers and can grasp the total program analysis progress state with high efficiency.

CONSTITUTION: A server 10 includes a program storing part 101 which stores the programs to be analyzed, a program constitution control part 102 which controls the file constitution of the program stored in the part 101, a program analyzing part 103 which analyzes the stored programs, and an analysis data control part 104 which controls the program analyzing results. The server 10 is connected to plural clients 20 via a network bus 30. Each client 20 contains a program analysis back-up part 204 which requests the server 10 to analyze the programs stored in the part 101 and to transfer the analysis data controlled by the part 104.
