PURPOSE: To decrease the number of operation keys and to improve the operability of a radio receiver containing a memory function by calling all stored frequencies with several operations of a frequency change key.
CONSTITUTION: A memory is actuated with a single pushing operation of an action mode designation key 14, and an UP key 12 and a DOWN key 13 are connected to the reception frequency changing terminals (a) and (b) of a natural control microcomputer 7 with the operation of a switching circuit 11. Then the microcomputer 7 raises or drops the reception frequency by an extent equal to a single span based on the stored frequency of a terminal (a) or (b) and receives the desired frequency when the earth level is inputted to both terminals (a) and (b) by the keys 12 and 13 respectively. When the key 14 is pushed again, the keys 12 and 13 are connected to the stored frequency calling terminals (c) and (d) of the microcomputer 7 with the operation of the circuit 11 as long as the memory is not working. Then the microcomputer 7 successively calls out the stored frequency when the earth level is inputted to both terminals (c) and (d) by the keys 12 and 13 respectively. In such a constitution, the reception frequency can be successively raised or dropped just with the ON/OFF operations of the key 14. Thus the number of operation keys can be decreased.
