Abstract:
PURPOSE: To mount a flushing when the lower frame of an outer wall panel has a groove form.
CONSTITUTION: In a sill flashing mounting structure in which the lower frame 3a of an outer wall panel 3 is fixed to a sill 2 fixed to a foundation 1, and a sill flushing 6 is mounted between the lower end of the outer wall panel 3 and the foundation 1, the lower frame 3a of the outer wall panel 3 has a groove form, and the structure has a L-shaped base metal fitting 4 having a horizontal part 4a extended toward the outdoor side and a vertical part 4b extended to the foundation 1 side and fixed to the sill 2; and a throating bed material 5 hooked on the top end of the horizontal part 4a and having a waterproofing sheet 8 extended on the foundation 1 side. The sill flushing 6 is fixed on the waterproofing sheet 8.
