CONSTITUTION: A plurality of lots 2 as taking-out body in an arranged state in one row are installed on a boxing device body 1, and the interval of the lot 2 can be varied by a pair of cylinder bodies installed in parallel on the upper end side. Further, on the lower end side of each lot 2, a nearly conical shaped sucker body 5 is installed, and under the such lot 2, an arrangement conveyor 7 is installed. The arrangement conveyor 7 is constituted of a direction adjustment conveyor 8 having the arrangement pieces 8a and 8b in nearly a truncated chevron for adjusting the direction of the transferred vegetables constant, a plurality of transfer adjustment conveyor 9 which are divided and transfers the vegetable in each prescribed quantity, and a placement conveyor 10 which is horizontally laid in the transfer direction and is equipped with a plurality of trays 10a.
