Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a manufacture of an aperture grill having excellent dimensional accuracy and an excellent hole shape by etching a metal plate 20-100μm thick.
CONSTITUTION: Both surfaces of a metal plate 1 at 20-100μm thick are coated with a photosensitive material 2, and the surface and the back-surface thereof are formed with predetermined patterns 3, 4, and thereafter, half-etching 5 is at least applied to the only back pattern side, and thereafter, masking with an acid-proof film 6 having the reinforcing property is applied to the only back pattern side. Next, etching is applied from the surface pattern side to form a slit by passing the etching effect through the metal plate.
