Abstract:
PURPOSE: To acquire a manufacturing method of a multilayer ceramic substrate of high dimensional precision which enables formation of a circuit pattern of high density.
CONSTITUTION: In a manufacturing method of a multilayer ceramic substrate wherein a plurality of sheet-like molded items (a1) to (a5) with anisotropy of tensile strength are laminated to form a multilayer ceramic molded item (lamination) 1 and the acquired multilayer ceramic molded item 1 is heated and sintered, the sheet-like molded items (a1) to (a5) are laminated and arranged to make a direction of relatively large tensile strength of adjacent sheet-like molded items differ from each other.
