Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain an SMC polypeptide and to provide a production method therefor, using a recombinant DNA molecule and a unicellular host.
CONSTITUTION: In an SMC polypeptide encoded by a DNA sequence for expression, the DNA sequence is selected from DNA inserted bodies of pLC24muSMC1 to pLC24muSMC10. In a production method of an SMC polypeptide characterized in a step of culturing a unicellular host transformed by a recombinant DNA, the recombinant DNA molecule is selected from the group consisting of pLC24 muSMC1 to pLC24muSMC10.
