PURPOSE: To quickly and surely take out a fixed chart file from a shelf body where many chart files are accommodated.

CONSTITUTION: A plurality of frontages 7a, 7b is provided in series in a shelf body, which is formed of accommodating divisions 1-1 to 6-6 composed by partitioning the insides of the frontages 7a, 7b through a plurality of shelf plates 10 or partition plates 11 for dividing them into a plurality of serial divisions B1 to B6 and stepped divisions L1 to L6. Display lamps are formed of a line display lamp provided correspondingly to the accommodating face of each shelf body; serial division display lamps D1-B1 to D1-B3, D2-B4 to D2-B6 provided on either shelf plate 10 in the frontages 7a, 7b correspondingly to the serial divisions B1 to B6 at each of frontages 7a, 7b; and stepped division display lamps D1-L1 to D1-L6, D2-L1 to D2-L6 provided on left supports 6a, 6b forming the frontages 7a, 7b correspondingly to the stepped divisions L1 to L6 at each of frontages 7a, 7b.
