Title:
APPARATUS FOR DIVIDING SUCTION ZONE OF AUTOMATIC CUTTER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP3023622
Kind Code:
B2
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To shorten the lifting distance of a partition plate of the subject apparatus by placing a barrier wall along a brush-fixing table for cut-supporting face or along the edge of a brush and placing a partition plate which can be protruded and retreated in contact with the upper part of the barrier wall.
CONSTITUTION: A barrier wall 10 having a length shorter than the length of bristles 5a of a brush 5 (e.g. about 1/3 of the height of the bristle) and not too long to cause the interference of the working blade of a cutter apparatus is placed on an end of the brush 5 or the brush-fixing table 4 for a cut- supporting face directing perpendicular to the longitudinal moving direction of a cutter apparatus. A partition plate 11 is placed in such a manner as to be protruded or retreated in contact with the upper part of the barrier wall 10 at a prescribed position by a lifting apparatus 17 attached to the main body of the automatic cutting apparatus. The space between the desired barrier walls is shielded by the barrier wall 10 and the partition plate 11 by lifting the partition plate 11. The above partition plate 11 is composed of a long partition part 2 and a supporting plate part 13 and the partition part 12 has a height to contact with the upper part of the barrier wall 10 and cover the side of bristles 5a protruding beyond the barrier wall 10.
