Abstract:
PURPOSE: To close an umbrella without folding in the case of using the umbrella shortly after closing the same for a while by providing bands on the inside and outside of a foldaway umbrella, respectively.
CONSTITUTION: A band 3 is fitted to the inside 4 of stretched cloth of a foldaway umbrella, and a band 2 is fitted to the outside 1 of the stretched cloth. When the umbrella is folded up, it is closed by the band 3, and when the umbrella is closed for a while during use, it is closed by the band 2. Accordingly, in the case of using the umbrella shortly, there is no need of folding severally. Thus, it is not necessary to completely fold up the umbrella and fasten the same by the band unlike the conventional foldaway umbrella.
