Abstract:

PURPOSE: To obtain a liposome pharmaceutical preparation advantageously utilizable for using the hyperthermia for cancer and an antitumor agent in combination due to its small particle diameter and ability to maintain a high level in blood and excellence in temperature sensitivity

CONSTITUTION: The liposome pharmaceutical preparation is obtained by sealing a hypertonic medicine-containing liquid having an osmotic pressure of 2.0-5.0 times based on that of a biological humor of a warm-blooded animal in a liposome (having ≤0.1μm average particle diameter) which is a small unilamellar vesicle having 40-45°C phase transition temperature of the membrane.
