Title:
EXCITER FOR BLADE VIBRATION-ROTATION TEST
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH0755655
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:

PURPOSE: To provide an exciter for blade vibration-rotation tests, which prevents temperature from rising due to deterioration of the degree of vacuum and can provide a clear vibration characteristic by easily generating an exciting force.

CONSTITUTION: A plurality of electromagnets 13 are disposed at equal intervals along an overall circumference near the end portion of a blade (turbine blade 2) to be tested, which is located within a vehicle room 3. Each of the electromagnets 13 is connected to a controller 16 via a power cable 14. The currents to be carried by the electromagnets 13 are individually controlled by the controller 16, and only those electromagnets which carry currents generate forces to attract the turbine blade 2. A desired vibrational mode can thus be generated according to a current-carrying timing set in the controller 16.
