Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide the weighting electrode for the surface acoustic wave filter in which a quantization error specific to the surface acoustic wave filter is reduced.
CONSTITUTION: Plural adjacent electrodes 11,14 in the surface acoustic wave filter use weighting electrode comprising a crossed finger electrode formed on a piezoelectric substrate are provided and a couple of floating electrodes 17, 18 connected to each other are provided between the plural electrodes 11,14.
