PURPOSE: To provide a blow range continuous and further to ensure comfortableness by arranging a several number of blow cylinders, providing a propeller fan and a motor arranged, alternately tilted in a main unit mounting frame, and performing a 1/f fluctuation blow.

CONSTITUTION: By arranging a plurality of blow cylinders 22, provided with a propeller fan 21 directly connected to a motor 24, tilted alternately in a main unit mounting frame 32, a wide blow range can be continuously obtained. However, because an uncomfortable feeling is generated with a fixed air speed, since a 1/f fluctuation blow with a change of blow intensity in inverse proportion to a frequency (f) is performed by a 1/f fluctuation control electrical accessory part 30 in the blow cylinder 22, comfortableness can be ensured. A structure with necessity for frequent maintenance such as lubricating a crank mechanism and a bearing is eliminated, and since lightness is provided in weight with a small number of part items, maintainability is improved.
