PURPOSE: To provide the mobile radio terminal equipment to which a portable telephone set and a cellular telephone set are connected in which the same function and operating method as that of the portable telephone set is always realized and which is capable of communication with any system different in the way of communication for the portable telephone set and the cellular telephone set.
CONSTITUTION: A CPU of a communication control section of a portable telephone set 10 has a function comprising a man-machine interface task 51 and a communication task 52. On the other hand, a CPU of a communication control section of a cellular telephone set 30 has a function comprising only a communication task 55. When the portable telephone set 10 and the cellular telephone set 30 are connected to each other, information is sent/received between the man-machine interface task 51 and the communication task 55 in the cellular telephone set 30 via an interface 57. The same interface as an interface in the portable telephone set 10 is adopted for the interface 57.
