Abstract:
PURPOSE: To simply and certainly execute binding by a method wherein guide arms that hold and guide wires toward the inside are arranged oppositely in front of a twisting hook, and a fitting part provided at a position near the twisting hook is placed against a crossing of reinforcements when the reinforcements are bound.
CONSTITUTION: A crossing point of reinforcements (a) is thrust through a gap between inclined guide parts 16 at the tips of guide arms 11 and 12, and the reinforcements (a) are placed against a fitting part 13 and made ready for being bound. A wire 2 is drawn out with a trigger 7 operated, and wound in a loop shape for one round around the crossing point. Then, the wire 2 is wound further and put into the inside of guide grooves 11b and 12b of the opposite guide arms 11 and 12. After 3-4 times of winding executed around the crossing point, a wire feeding device 3 is stopped and the wire 2 is cut. Then, a twisting hook 9 is closed and turned for twisting with a part of the loop of the wire 2 caught therewith. Thereby, the crossing point is bound fast with the wire 2, and the hook 9 is opened after being drawn out of the wire 2 with the reinforcement binder pulled toward the operator's side after fastening and fixation.
