When it does not coincide with the operation state of the work processing job which a job supervisory means 2 recognizes, the operation state is altered so that they are matched, and the work processing job 9 is restarted. When the job 9 in the middle of execution is in a loop-state, it is compulsorily terminated, and the operation state is altered so as to restart the job. Thus, the consistency of an job operation which is recognized to be a real operation is held.
