Abstract:
PURPOSE: To detect and record a physical and emotional parameter and environment data simultaneously with EKG data by providing a sensor to generate an electrocardiogram(EKG) signal and a sensor to detect vibration by a voice of a subject and vibration containing an external voice. CONSTITUTION: A Holter electrocardiogram electromagnetic recorder 16 is put in a pocket or the like of an undershirt of a subject 18, and electrocardiogram electrodes A to E are connected to the recorder 16 through a lead wire 17 after being installed in prescribed positions of the subject. The subject 18 is also made to carry a small accelerometer 20 held by a belt 21, and vertical directional acceleration of the subject 18 in gravity of the subject 18 is measured thereby. Two position sensor switches SW1 and SW2 are also installed on the waist and a thigh part of the subject 18, and a posture of the subject 18, that is, a condition of seating, standing-up and lying on his/her side is detected. A plurality of sensors 22 such as a microphone, a light sensor and a temperature sensor are installed in a neck part of the subject 18. Detecting results of the respective detecting means are recorded on an electromagnetic recorder 24.
