PURPOSE: To prevent the cost of a die from becoming expensive by constituting a machine of a paper feed device, a convey device, a pasting device, a positioning device, a molding device, and a delivery device, and particularly constituting the molding device of a male die and a female die frame fitting to the male die, and exchanging only the male die.

CONSTITUTION: A machine comprises a paste transfer roll 22 and a pressure roll 23 which is provided on a machine body 8 rotatably and receives a pasting part D of a paper box material A at pasting. A positioning device 5 is provided for placing the paper box material A from a pasting device 4 in a predetermined position. The device 5 is constituted of a back half part of guide bodies 19 at right and left and a stopper 24 which is provided on the machine body 8 movably back and forth for stopping the paper box material A delivered by a delivery body 18 by making the front edge of it abut against the stopper. A molding device 6 is provided with a male die 25 and a female die frame 26 fitting to the male die for molding the paper box material A whose position is decided into a taper box F.
