Abstract:
PURPOSE: To improve scavenging efficiency by a method wherein compared with a conventional crank balancer, a volume is increased without changing the weight of a crank balancer and the content volume of a crank chamber is decreased and a primary compression ratio is increased.
CONSTITUTION: A gap part 24 to increase only the volume of a crank balancer 22 without changing the weight of the crank balancer 22 closed with a balance weight 20 when the crank balancer 22 is mounted on the balance weight 20 is formed in the crank balancer 22 of a two-cycle engine.
