Title:
INFRARED DETECTING METHOD AND INFRARED DETECTOR
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH0587632
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To inexpensively and easily infrared rays with high sensitivity. CONSTITUTION:An infrared accelerated phosphor is excited by visible light or ultraviolet rays. Next, the excited infrared exhaustive phosphor is arranged to a part where infrared rays must be detected over a predetermined time in a state blocking visible light and ultraviolet rays and exposed to infrared rays to be detected and the entire surface of the infrared accelerated phosphor is uniformly irradiated with infrared rays of high intensity to investigate the light and shade distribution of the infrared accelerated phosphor. A detector is constituted so that the infrared accelerated phosphor 13 is held between an infrared transmitting member 11 permitting infrared rays to transmit and blocking visible light and ultraviolet rays and a shading member 12 blocking infrared rays, visible light and ultraviolet rays in a detachable manner.
