PURPOSE: To make high frequency heating and oven heating with a high frequency heating device using a cooperative built-in storage battery without suffering restriction by the amperage capacity of the external power supply, and shorten the cooking time and also enhance the finishing workmanship in cooking.
CONSTITUTION: A high frequency heating device concerned is composed of a power conversion part 33, electric wave emission part 33, storage battery 37, changeover part 40, and heater part 39, wherein the constitution is such that the power of an external power supply is supplied to either of power converter and heater part while the power of the storage battery is supplied to the other. This enables simultaneous performance of high frequency heating and the heater heating, which leads to shortening of the cooking time and achieves fine finishing in the cooking.
