CONSTITUTION: A continuous rope cover 40 for passing therethrough a supporting rope 42 to support an end part 22a of a hanging belt 22 on the side of a bottom surface 14 is formed of a unit cover 44 consisting of an attaching part having a small attaching tab and a bag part for passing therethrough the supporting rope. In this way the supporting rope cover is formed into a continuous and integral cover and its dimensions and shape are set at a constant condition, thereby preventing the formation of a recess trap with respect to a pour-out opening in the bottom surface.
