PURPOSE: To provide a vibration-proof device of a disk reproduction device which can adjust vibration attenuation characteristics of a disk reproduction device in horizontal and vertical directions simply and easily and can improve vibration-resistance performance extremely.

CONSTITUTION: A floating rubber 4 attenuates vibration in horizontal (tracking) direction transferred to a traverse base 1, thus cutting off vibration in horizontal direction transferred to an optical pick-up 3. At the same time, a spring member 6 attenuates vibration in vertical (focus) direction transferred to the traverse base 1 and cuts off vibration in vertical direction transferred to the optical pick-up 3, thus adjusting the vibration attenuation characteristics of a disk reproduction device in horizontal and vertical directions.
