Abstract:
PURPOSE:To effectively reproduce the power supply rising of a circuit failure sensing device, which senses malfunction of a circuit due to the rising waveform of the power supply when the power is put on. CONSTITUTION:A supply voltage generating means 11 generates waveforms of supply voltage in the process from the power being put on till attainment of the steady state on the pseudo basis as a complicated waveform which is described with finite parameters. An output pattern comparing means 13 compares the output pattern under the steady state of a circuit to be inspected 12, on which the pseudo generated supply voltage is impressed, with the output pattern under the steady state of the circuit 12 on which a supply voltage with ideal rise is impressed, and thereupon performs sensing of any abnormality.
