PURPOSE: To accurately set the phase difference between two output signals to 180° by obtaining an output signal from the collector of a third transistor(TR) which has the base connected to a reference power source and has the emitter connected to the collector of a first TR.

CONSTITUTION: First and second TRs Q1 and Q2 whose emitters are connected in common through a first resistance R1, a signal source Vi from which a signal is applied to the base of the first TR Q1, a third TR Q3 which has the base connected to the reference power source and has the emitter connected to the collector of the first TR Q1 through a second resistance R2, constant current sources I1 and I2, and reference power sources E1 and E2 are provided. In this case, the resistance value of the second resistance R2 is made equal to that of the first resistance R1, and the variance in phase due to the first resistance R1 is compensated by the second resistance R2. Consequently, a current i3 flowing to the third TR Q3 is equal to a current -i2, and the phase difference between both signals is π. Thus, signals of opposite phases are correctly obtained in output terminals OUT1 and OUT2.
