Abstract:
PURPOSE: To prevent an adverse effect on the system due to the absence of an idle buffer by the abnormality of the hardware and the bugging of the software.
CONSTITUTION: The prescribed value is set for each system buffer in the initial stage, and the prescribed value of the system buffer in use is updated for each prescribed cycle. Based on this updated result, whether or not the system buffer in use should be released is decided. When judged to be released, the system buffer is forcibly released S4.
