Abstract:
PURPOSE: To allow a robot to engage an engagement tool with the glass insertion groove of a door in a perfectly closed/opened state without using a sensor, when the door of an automobile is opened/closed by the arm of the robot.
CONSTITUTION: When a door 3 is in a perfectly closed/opened state, an engagement tool at the top edge of the arm 9 of A robot 8 is engaged with the position in close to a door hinge 2 of the glass insertion groove 3a of the door 3, and the 3 is perfectly opened/closed by rearward turning the arm 9 or rearward shifting the robot 8 for a body 1.
