Abstract:
PURPOSE: To obtain a phallus that is excellent hygienically and medically by coupling a phallus part constructed of a sufficiently elastic material to a plug made of a hard material. CONSTITUTION: A phallus 10 is formed in a die using an elastic rubberlike material, preferably polyvinyl chloride. Immediately after the polyvinyl forming the phallus 10 has been injected, an insertion apparatus is inserted into the die to form a cavity 18 from the base of the phallus (phallus 10 comprises shaft 12, glans part 14, and scrotum 16). When the polyvinyl chloride has hardened, the insertion apparatus is removed from the phallus base, and the phallus is also taken out of the die. A plug part is also molded using a die and is preferably made of a hard material such as plastisol, having a hardness of 50 to 100 as measured by a durometer. The plug 20 comprises three portions, i.e., a head, a middle portion, and a stem, and the cross sections of the three portions cut at the longitudinal axis of the plug 20 are generally circular.
