Abstract:

PURPOSE: To easily measure a layer thickness of a damping agent by changing a current consumption of a sender relying on an absorbed radiation, and using the change as a value of layer thickness of a liquid on a printing plate.
CONSTITUTION: A transmission which is radiated from a sender 9 corresponds to a specified current consumption of the sender 9, especially a specified oscillation circuit current consumption. A transmission current measuring device 10 is provided to measure the current consumption. The measuring device 10 is connected to a display device 11 which displays the amount, corresponding to the current consumption, or the layer thickness of a liquid 7 on a surface 3 of a plate copper 4. And further the device 10 is connected to an adjusting device 12. So that an actual value is supplied to the device 12. And further, a target value 13 for the amount of a desired damping agent on the surface 3 of plate copper is supplied to the device 12. And, output terminal of the device 12 is connected to an operation element 14 which performs liquid distribution according to the distribution amount of the damping agent on the surface 3 of plate copper. That is, the device 12 controls the device 14 corresponding to the target value.
