Abstract:
PURPOSE: To make possible the smooth insertion of a grouting machine into a steel pipe and the stable formation of a fixing layer.
CONSTITUTION: Wheels 33 are fitted to the front and rear end parts of a grouting machine 11 with a pressure chamber A formed in a steel pipe pile 10 by making a swelling body 16 swollen by the actuation of a cylinder 15. A check valve 12 is mounted to the steel pipe pile 10 by insertion, and the center of the disc like valve body is locked from the inner face side of the steel pipe pile 10. Grout supplied into the pressure chamber A through the grouting machine 11 is thereby discharged uniformly from the check valve 12.
